Art Is Alive is a multi-disciplined arts conference that was established to present a multitude of art forms from an African and African diasporic experience to the community. This event is free to the public and welcomes attendees of all ages and backgrounds.
Art Is Alive was developed to alleviate the financial barrier preventing some community members from participating in the cultural arts and to thank the community at large for its continued support. This year Art is Alive is expanding and will include art-making, artist development workshops, and performances. It is our goal to bring together all of our community members to share in this experience of art and culture.
